The Naomi Mittens are worked from the bottom up. First, the cuff is worked in single rib. The mitten is then worked with a textured pattern on the back of the hand, and in stockinette stitch with a thumb gusset on the palm side.

The pattern includes instructions for both flip-top mittens and classic mittens.

The mittens can be worked in either moss stitch or cables. Both textures are described with charts.
